National Testing Agency (NTA) has released NEET 2025 Admit Card on April 30, 2025, at the official site — neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates taking the NEET UG 2025 test can download and bring the admit card to the examination center since it is compulsory for entry.
NEET 2025 exam is planned to be held on May 4, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM in offline mode (pen and paper) in multiple exam centers of India.

- Go to neet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on "Download NEET 2025 Admit Card" under 'Candidate Activity'.
- Fill in your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security Pin.
- Look at and download the admit card.
- Make multiple printouts for exam day.
Important Instructions for NEET 2025 Exam Day
- Bring a printed copy of the NEET 2025 admit card along with a valid ID proof.
- Report to the center according to the reporting time given.
- Adhere to the dress code and items prohibited list rigorously.
- No entry after gate closing time.
