Documents Required for NIT Raipur PhD Admission
Candidates must bring the below-listed original documents along with one self-attested photocopy of the same for document verification:
- Photo ID proof
- Aadhaar Card
- Document for Proof of date of birth: Class X mark sheet/ certificate issued by the school last attended/ Recognized educational board containing the date of birth of the applicant.
- Original Grade/Mark sheets of the qualifying degree examination for all semesters
- Category Certificate (SC/ ST), if applicable
- OBC-NCL Certificate, if applicable. The certificate must have been issued on or after April 1, 2024
- GEN-EWS Certificate, if applicable. The certificate must have been issued on or after April 1, 2024
- Valid Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable. The minimum degree of disability should be 40% to be eligible for any concessions/benefit
- Original Migration Certificate
- Original Transfer Certificate
- Original Conduct Certificate
- 2 Passport size photographs
- NOC (For Part-time candidates)
