NSOU Registration Fees Submission 2025

Eligible candidates must follow these steps to submit their PhD registration fees:

  1. Fee Payment: Pay the registration fee in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Netaji Subhas Open University, payable at Kolkata.
  2. Fill up the Fee Submission Form: Download the PhD Registration Fee Submission Form from (link unavailable) and fill it up with the necessary details.
  3. Attach Required Documents: Attach a self-attested photocopy of the Course Work Completion Certificate and the PhD Provisional Enrolment Certificate.
  4. Submit the Application: Put all documents in one common envelope tagged with "Application to PhD Registration Fee Submission, Academic Year: 2022-2023." Mention your name, application ID, discipline, and contact number on the lower side of the envelope.
  5. Submission Deadline: Submit the entire application along with the original DD to the PhD Section (2nd Floor), Netaji Subhas Open University, Salt Lake, Kolkata before March 19, 2025, 4:00 PM.

Please note that incomplete applications will not be accepted, discrepancies can be reported to phd@wbnsou.ac.in, and timely registration is mandatory to avoid inconvenience.
