Key Instructions For Candidates
- Login Security: Candidates are advised not to share their login credentials (ID, password, OTP) with anyone.
- Eligibility: Only candidates without an allotted seat in previous rounds are eligible for Round III. Those registered in Rounds I or II need not pay the processing fee again.
- Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of ₹500 must be paid online through debit card, credit card, or net banking.

- Registration and Login - Candidates must log in using their User ID, email ID, exam number, and password. Following login, they will be directed to complete the payment for choice filling and locking.
- Filling Choices: After successful payment, candidates can select and order their preferred colleges and specialities. Community-specific seat availability will be displayed.
- Locking Choices: Candidates must carefully review their choices before locking, as no modifications are allowed post-locking. An OTP confirmation is required for the final lock, and a printout of the locked choices should be kept for future reference.
- Seat Allotment - The allotment process is conducted in rank order, following the rule of reservation. Seats are allocated based on the highest order of preferences available at the time.
- Downloading Provisional Allotment Order - Once the seat is allotted, candidates must pay the non-refundable tuition fee and download their provisional allotment order.
- Reporting to the Allotted Institution - Candidates are required to report in person to the allocated college by the deadline, bringing all original certificates and the provisional allotment order for verification.

Candidates must present the following documents in original at the time of joining:
- Original or provisional B.Pharm degree certificate
- B.Pharm mark sheets (First to Final Year)
- Provisional/Permanent Registration Certificate from the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council
- Community and nativity certificates (for Tamil Nadu natives)
- Date of birth proof (H.Sc/S.S.L.C. or equivalent)
- Eligibility Certificate from Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (for candidates from other universities)

- Once a choice is locked and the seat is allotted, changes in branch or college are not permitted.
- Candidates may forfeit their seats if any false information is found during or after the admission process.
