The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has issued a revised notice for Round-3 UGMAC 2024 Counselling. Candidates who have submitted fresh applications or expressed willingness for this round must download their revised rank cards and proceed with online choice filling from October 24 to October 26, 2024. The provisional seat allotment will be published on November 1, 2024, followed by document verification on November 2 and November 3, 2024.

Who Is Not Eligible For UGMAC Round 3 Counselling?

• Candidates who have joined/taken admission based on AIQ (up to Round-2 Counselling) are not eligible for UGMAC Round-3 Counselling.
• Candidates who have been allotted a seat and have taken admission by verifying their documents on their respective Seat / Institution based on Round-1 / Round-2 Counselling are not eligible for Round-3 Counselling.

Required Documents

• Original Admit Card of NEET UG 2024
• Original Score Card of NEET UG 2024
• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam.
• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2 / equivalent exam.
• Residential Certificate.
• Caste Certificate.
• All the Certificates/documents in original as per the requirements of admissions in Private Medical / Dental Colleges.
• Six copies of the passport-size photographs were pasted on the Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2024.
• Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Part A & Part B) of UGMAC-2024.
• Aadhar Card
• Any other documents required (if any) such as DQ (PH)/ SMQ / EWS Certificate etc.

What After UGMAC Counselling Round 3?

• After UGMAC Round 3 Counselling, candidates have to report physically at the reporting centre for Document Verification. If they are found eligible, then they will take admission as per the programme given and the rules mentioned in the UGMAC 2024 Prospectus.
• If any candidates who have been allotted (Fresh / Retained / Upgraded) seats in Round 3 but due to any reason could not report to the reporting centre for document verification within the prescribed date/ appeared for document verification but do not take admission on their Round-3 allotted seat/ found not eligible during document verification due to any discrepancy, then their paid Security Deposit amount will be forfeited and the allotted seat will be cancelled. They will not be eligible for Stray Vacancy Round Counselling.

Guidelines For Candidates

• The updated Seat Matrix for UGMAC 2024 Counselling has been uploaded to the Board's Website. The candidate must see it before filling up their Choices for Online Counselling.
• Registration for Choice filling, Choice locking & unlocking process will be done through OTP authentication only, which will be sent on the Registered Mobile & email of the candidates. It can not be changed under any circumstances.
• BCECE Board / Controller of Examination reserves the right to amend/rectify any of the conditions of the prospectus of UGMAC 2024.
