Eligibility For Choice Filling

  • Only candidates who have deposited their security money and whose documents have been successfully verified online are eligible for the choice-filling process.
  • Candidates who failed to pay the security money or complete document verification are not eligible for this round.

Important Guidelines For Choice Filling

  • College Information: Before locking choices, candidates must gather detailed information about the colleges of their interest. This includes the fee structure and course details available on the official websites.
  • Fee Structure: For non-minority private medical/dental colleges, candidates should refer to the government order dated October 28, 2024. For minority institutions, the relevant fee details are also available on the above websites.
  • Choice Locking: Candidates must lock their choices after selecting preferred colleges. Failure to lock choices will disqualify candidates from seat allocation.
  • No Changes Allowed: Once choices are locked, no further modifications will be permitted. Appeals to DGME regarding changes will not be considered.
  • Clear-Cut Vacancies: Vacant seats due to non-allotment, non-admission, or resignations will be displayed during the choice-filling process. Candidates will also see options under Seat Against Cancellation (SAC), representing virtual vacancies from other reserved categories.
  • Seat Allocation Process: SAC seats will be merged with general category seats if they remain vacant, as per government guidelines dated July 26, 2024.
