This round is the final opportunity for eligible candidates to secure MBBS/BDS seats in government and private colleges across the state for the academic year 2024-25.

- Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who have not been allotted a seat in any previous rounds of UP NEET UG 2024 or All India NEET UG Counselling are eligible to participate.

Eligibility Criteria
Not Eligible:
- Candidates already allotted seats in any round (including stray vacancy round) of UP NEET UG 2024.
- Candidates admitted through All India NEET UG 2024 Counselling.
- Candidates who were allotted a seat but did not report or resigned after allotment.
Eligible:
- Candidates who have not been allotted any seat in UP NEET UG 2024.
- Candidates registered earlier but failed to pay the registration/security fee.
- Candidates admitted to BDS courses in earlier rounds can apply for MBBS seats, provided they meet the criteria and pay the required fee.

Verification Process
Candidates must upload the following documents during registration:
- High school and intermediate marksheets.
- Domicile certificate (for UP candidates).
- Reservation certificates issued by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Important Instructions
- Use your own bank account for fee payment, as refunds (if any) will be credited to the same account.
- Non-UP domicile candidates will be considered under the unreserved category without reservation benefits.
- Candidates forfeiting admission after allotment will lose their security deposit and face debarment from UP NEET UG Counselling 2025-28.
