Bsc(hons)ag degree will open diverse opportunities for us . Our Seniors are now in AFO,AAO,AHO,ASCO, Professor, Researchers, Agricultural Scientist,OAS And also in MBA Sector. So , We have many option to choose our carrier .We only faced Written examination at our time . But after that now CBT were conducted for selection. ICAR Exam And OUAT UG Exam One can able to enter to Our College.The candidate should appear for the OUAT UG examination and obtain a valid score. The shortlisting of candidates for OUAT Bhubaneswar admissions will be based on the OUAT entrance exam and merit scores in past academics. The qualified candidates have to appear for the counselling procedure.Cut Off WeightageIf a candidatehas secured 60% marks in H.S.C./Equivalent. 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Physics, Chemistry and Biology in SSC (12th) Science and 120 marks out of 200 in the OUAT Entrance Test. The OUAT cut off weighted score will be 0.25 x 60 + 0.25 x 80 + 0.25 x 120 = 65.

Placement Experience :
There is a Placement cell in our college Students Union .They try to take various prestigious company for placement to our college.Pradan interview process usually has 4-5 rounds. The most common rounds in the Pradan interview process are Aptitude Test, Resume Shortlist and Group Discussion.It had came many times to our college.
Campus Life :
There is no particular month when fest were conducted. But with study extra curricular activities also going on.There are various books available in the state library for study . There are many literary, atheletic, dramatic function and competition to explore once inner fragrance. There are social group like music , dance ,drama etc . Hostel-2 godabarisha hostel is the hostel for agriculture students.Food quality is so nice . Menu is not fixed . It changes according to the student wish as mess is regulated by students union mess secretary.Hostel registration will be done on the day of counselling of college at same time . Each room is three seated and seniors always help to study and explore new things and also guide us for our betterment and carrier .

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
