- Library: Deshbandhu college Library is huge and and variety of Books .
- National Cadet Corps (NCC): Many alumni are in Indian Army and Air Force through NCC Deshbandhu college.
Dislikes
- Sometimes Both Men and ladies Washroom are not properly clean and hygiene.
- Classrooms doesn't have any Air conditioning Facilities. Each classroom have 3-4 Fans which is already Dead when they installed.
Remarks :
Deshbandhu College comes in most prestigious colleges of Delhi University. I got addmission from cut-off criteria in 2021 but any other applicant whose wanted to be a addmission in Deshbandhu college. He/she Have to give CUET.
Course Curriculum Overview :
BA (Hons) Economics Is a difficult course and their placements are to high . Lecturers of Deshbandhu college is chill and very helpful for doing any research through RBi . I got extreme exposure in Deshbandhu college by interacting new People.
Internships Opportunities :
I have Done 2 internship with my graduation both are 6 months time period and they does not offer you a good stipend according to your skills and work . So for internship opportunities Deshbandhu college doesn't help you .
Placement Experience :
I have applied for MA Economics in Statistics. After completing My graduation. Then after I'm planning for Philosophy of doctrine in Statistics. After these qualifications I'm eligible for IMF (International Monetary Funds)
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee of my course se liye between 12000 to 14000 INR per year . I think this structure is affordable for every type of students whose are studying in Delhi University or pursuing their graduation in Delhi University.
Campus Life :
Deshbandhu College have 2 canteens . One is the common canteen where we get Indian cuisine menu where prices of food item is much affordable and cheaper. Other canteen is a Coffee shop which is between in the middle of Garden where we can get coffee , noodles and ice creams . Coffee shop is slightly better and expensive as compared to College Canteen.
Hostel Facilities :
Deshbandhu College doesn't provide Hostel Facilities at all . In the locality of Deshbandhu college there are many PG facilities available for students but it is quite difficult for students to live on their landlords terms and conditions.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.

talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
