- The professors are pretty qualified and are also very supportive towards the students and helping in nature
- the infrastructure of the university is top notch apart from mess the classrooms and library's and computer lab all are best in infrastructure
Dislikes
- The mess is pretty unhygienic and the food is expensive
- Their is no college life in the University as they won't even allow us to conduct any fests in the University tbh it feels more like a government school rather than a college
Remarks :
The good aspect of the college is its faculty which are good at their job as professors the fee of the college although is very high and keeps on increasing but the fee waiver policy is a great help for the students as students belonging from ews can get their fees reduced and affordable even if they are from general category. The bad aspect about the college is its mess as the food their is unhygienic and also expensive because of which students have to visit out side for eating
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is great and are very qualified and good at their job apart from that the course curriculum that has been provided to us is also very good as not only it focuses on the education part but it also focuses on skill development for the students so that they can easily get a job for example in our course we are taught the skills of a paralegal which can easily get us a job after the completion of the course and internships even while doing the course
Internships Opportunities :
I opted for internship under an advocate practicing in karkarduma delhi district court my role was of paralegal and I got a monthly stipend of 3k other students from my class also got internship under advocates easily as we were already trained in paralegal field
Placement Experience :
The university has a newly formed placement committee which has not yet provided jobs to the students apart from that we are on our own for getting a placement or internship at any place for my course we can get an internship under a lawyer as our course taught us in paralegal field which can be applied.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
If you are someone whose family income is less than 3lakhs you can avail yourself fee waiver by submission of your income certificate which will get your fee reduced from 30k per semester to 3k per semester also for the first semester the fee is 8k even after submitting income certificate as 5k would be returned to you at the completion of your course.
Campus Life :
Their is no such college life here as the societies and clubs which are present mostly don't function the ones that do are of debating, football and music although the music one functions only sometimes other societies too exist but after covid they are dead.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facility is available only for girls and boys have to rent out in pgs nearby the college plus the food of the mess is pretty unhygienic and expensive too most of the students opt for food from outside the university.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
