Remarks :
I took admission here in 2020. I did not have to appear for any entrance tests, GDs or interviews. However, after that, it has slightly changed. The university now considers the CUET score of the candidate for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty at AUD is very well-qualified and very well-experienced. Every course has a professor and an assistant professor who is, most of the times, a research scholar pursuing PhD. We were often taken out for various field visits for different courses to places like Yakult, Sonipat; Coca Cola Happiness Factory Moon Beverages Limited, Greater Noida, Rocksport, Sonipat; Amrit Udyan Mela, Mughal Garden, Delhi and Saras Ajeevika Mela, Noida Haat, Noida etc. Apart from regular class presentations, there was a mid-term exam and an end-term exam. For some courses, you would have to work on a presentation right from the beginning of the semester, which you'll also have to present in front of the teacher when asked, you'll be well guided and mentored throughout the process.
Internships Opportunities :
I interned at Diya Foundation, Bangalore, a non-profit organization that specializes in teaching adults with mental disabilities and equipping them useful skills so that they can make a living for themselves.
Placement Experience :
Placements at AUD are not very great. You can get a decent internship with the help of the placement cell of the university but not a good job. I got an internship at Diya Foundation, Bangalore with the help of the placement cell. I started preparing for competitive exams after graduation.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
At the time of admission, you're charged a sum of rupees 5,000 apart from the tuition fee which is rupees 40,000 per semester for a general student, however, if you're a student of a reserved category, your fee would be rupees 5,000 per semester. The security deposit of rupees remains the same for every student enrolling at the university. There is a fee waiver every semester for students of the ECW category. Apart from the fee waiver, there is also a merit scholarship of rupees 8,000 given every semester to overall top performing students of the class.
Campus Life :
Life at AUD is not so great but not very bad either. Fests are conducted which are not so great because no artist is invited to perform in the campus. But, the Diwali Melas are great, there are stalls for food and beverages, thrift stores put-up by students, stalls for temporary henna tattoos and hair wraps and thread braids along with a DJ. There is a variety of societies to become a part of like Kalakriti- the art society, Odori- the dance society, 90's kids- the theatre ensemble, Alankaar- the music society, the History Society. Society of Visual Culture for photography and Inara- the fashion society. All of these societies are run by students themselves along with a faculty convenor who acts as a link between the cultural society and the administration. Also, there is no official fresher's party or an official farewell, just the convocation ceremony. The library is equipped with all the resources that a student from any course might need and there are 3 computer labs in total.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college

Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
