- I like college faculty as they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Infrastructure is also good, good amount of greenery and cleanliness is also very good at the college.
- Campus life is very good as you can interact with students from different courses and branch too like Law, Chemical, Biotechnology etc. Labs are also air conditioned and with working equipments.
Dislikes
- I dislike that the classrooms are not air conditioned which is very problematic in mid summers as the heat is unbearable. In some classrooms of USICT some equipment like projectors do not run properly.
- I Dislike that the washrooms of USICT is not clean and even there is water issue too, Some of the water coolers are also not clean so drinking water from them is also not good for students.
Remarks :
The factors were good infrastructure, feasible fee amount, good faculty etc. I gave Leet Exam conducted by IPU itself in which your rank decide what colleges you can get according to your rank. I prepared for the exam by a book Leet Exam book available on flipkart and i guess amazon too. To get admission in USICT your rank is the deciding factor as you need to achieve rank under 40 approx.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because i wanted to be an engineer as i am curious about tech things. The faculty of USICT is good as they have great knowledge about their subjects, some of the faculties are a bit rude but still they are good professors. They will never deny a genuine question or doubt from any student. They are very helpful to everyone. Exams are conducted almost every 5-6 months which are semester exams and sessional tests are done between 3-5 weeks from the semester start date.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any internship but yes there are some companies like IBM who provide internships with the stipend too. Even students can work on project under the supervision of professors Like android development, research papers etc.
Placement Experience :
Placements are average at the campus but it is well organized as we have a TnP cell training and placement cell in which teachers and some students work together to get more companies to hire from the campus. Some of the recruiters are TCS, Accenture, IBM, Hiremi, Schneider electric etc.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Per Year The Fees That Has To Be Paid Now Is 1,20,000 And In The First Year The Amount Is 1,34,000 So In Total For The Full Course The Amount Is Approx. 4,90,000. This Amount Includes All The Caution Fees, Registration Fees, Admission Fees, Development Fees, Lab Fees And Other Compulsory Charges For The Full Course. There Is A Scholarship For Brilliant Student Who Is Not Only Good In Study But In Other Activities Too. The Scholarship Name Is 'Prakhar Dua Scholarship'.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is very good, as you meet new faces a lot. There are many clubs like tech club, music society, dance club etc, which help a lot to the students to upgrade their skills. Anugoonj the biggest fest of IPU which is conducted every year between feb to mar month it is the fest for 3 days with many different activities and entertainments. Usict also focuses a lot on sports as we have badminton court, tennis ground, kabaddi ground, table tennis, volleyball court, basketball court, cricket net practice, cricket ground, football ground and sports meet is also organized every year.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
