I chose this college as I have heard that SCOE is a nice college and I wanted ENTC branch which i got. The cut off for ENTC/CS/IT is high, you need to score more than 90 to get into these branches. This cut off is for GEN/OBC/NT. For SC/ST it is relatively low but still get good scores.
The faculties here are very nice and helpful. They will always always help you if you have any concern. Just don’t misbehave with them. They also help in practical exams. The qualifications of teachers present here are either Masters degree or PhD level. There are two types of exams insem and endsem. In insem the papers are checked in the campus by our own faculties which is of 30marks.The exam is held after 45 days of start of semester and contains 2 units. Then there is practical exam which takes place after 30 days of insem which takes place in our colleg itself and external comes for viva. The practical exam is from second year and not for first year. Then there is endsem which is of 70 marks. The papers are checked in the university. The exam starts after the completion of practical exams.
College doesn’t provide any internship. We have to do it on our own. We can make connections with the teachers and then they provide or you have any connections then also you can do the internship. You can also ask seniors for internships. I have done 2 online internships without stipend.

I was in the hostel for 2 years. I was in Krishna Hostel which is actually assigned for dental college but they had one floor empty so they gave for engineering girls. It is a really nice hostel. The rooms are not that big but it is comfortable for 3 people to reside. Mess is in front of the hostel which is not that nice but you can eat. They provide only 3-4 types of vegetables that too rajma, chole, matki etc. In order to take admission you have to go to the main hostel which is Chandrabhaga there they will assign you the room depending upon which room is empty.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
