- i dont like the parking system as we are not provided with the parkkking pass and we have to pay regularly 10 rs for parking vehicles
- all the departments are very far away from each other
Remarks :
this college is very much famous in all over punjab state . and it have a very good placement oportunities . many of my friends are in this college . and i did not face to any of discussion and overthinking as i was clear to get admission in this college .
Course Curriculum Overview :
the course which i opt is b.sc. artificial intelligence . it has alot of opportunities in future . as we all know that th artificial intelligence is going to cover the whole world in a few years . so leaning about the artificial intelligence is a very very good oportunity.
Internships Opportunities :
no till the time i have not opt for any internship . but in future i will love to work with the companies like google , microsoft. and also software development companies . moreover i like to do work as i cant handel myself free, so i love to do work
Placement Experience :
they are saying that the placement is very good and companies came in the campus . but till now i am studing in it so i can tell it in few years after completing my graduation . moreover it has a good and a maximum placement and job opportunities .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the fee structure of khalsa college amritsar is quite less than other colleges in amritsar . although its more famous than others. it also provides scholor ships on the basis of marks in last class. the fees reduces per year wise
Campus Life :
many of my friends are from different states . it means that here in this college people came to know about the other cultures and become members of social groups , clubs . also the infrastructure is very very good and unique it was built by foreigners in before 1980.
Hostel Facilities :
i have not opted for the hostel , but my friends are in hostel. there are 5-7 hostels in the campus . the mess food is very very good and rooms are big and the price range is also quiet less than the PG's .

To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
