The factors are the ranking of the college by various ranking agencies or government agencies. i got this college in government cap rounds, so there was no such group discussion, interviews and writing tests for admission.
The course i have chosen is concept based. It means the basics should be cleared first so then same can be linked with other course in next semester or year. Few faculties have taught basics very well but most of the just skipped and fast forwarded the topics. So there was the difficulty level for us to understand concepts.
They offers several internship opportunities through its Training and Placement Cell. Various companies collaborate with the college to provide internships, which help students gain practical experience and industry exposure. Some of the prominent companies offering internships include:
Strong placement record, with companies like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, and L&T regularly recruiting students. If campus placements don't meet my needs, I plan to upskill through certifications, internships, and networking. Additionally, I may consider higher education to enhance my career prospects.
Tution fee for me is zero but as I'm eligible for scholarship /freeship schemes, government pays my fee (? 1,45,000).i pay ?2345. There are other scholarships available that are given by private agencies which are based on the academic conditions and performance.
As campus is not that much big that students can do walking or any other during breaks or freetime. Sports grounds there but one of them os used for parking while other is just for football. So no sport facilities. Talking about infrastructure, it is not upto the mark but sufficient for students.
Currently i am in third year. I lived in hostel for first two years. The Overall Facilities are one of the best facilities i have ever seen. The wardens were friendly and understandable of all the situations. Talking about mess, the mess's food was eatable.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
