In 12th I was surfing through internet to choose which clgs are good n while those I came across few clgs like pccoe which seemed growing institutes among others in terms of academics, placement, technical clubs and other extra curricular activities so I opted for this college
Faculties are ok like they have knowledge but syllabus is somewhat outdated but after being autonomous, many changes are being done in curriculum so it is much better then before. Also there are clubs like robotics, BAHA, SAE etc which enhances technical knowledge along with technical in core branches.
I've worked with robotics club as my college internship also I've done internship in robotics startup TAYPRO as embedded engineer. In clg club we built robots for a competition names ABU Robocon, it is a Asia Pacific broadcasting union based competition where every year a country gives theme based on which we manufacture our robot from scratch
Placement is pretty good in IT sector, for core branches it is a bit struggle but multiple mass companies come on campus. Elegibility for placement is having 60% and above score and in interviews they mainly focuses on projects n activities we have done in our colleges. Highest package on campus is around 25lpa for SDE. Around 80-90% students gets placed every year
I pay yearly around rs 1,47,000 including tution fees, caution fees etc. my batch mates pay around rs 85,000 for OBC, rs 20,000 for VJNT and ?5000 for SC n lower categories. Our clg also gives defence quota.
Campus is good, 2 big turfs, 1 sports complex in which badminton and basketball are combined, cafeteria etc there are clubs organizing fun events for students extracurricular growth, also there are some technical clubs to enhance their technical growth.
I was in boys hostel for a year, it is a bit expensive but it gives 3 star hotel vibes, hostels have ACs separate bathroom, room services etc. College mess is also ok, food is eatable and there's variety as well
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
