Likes
- Infrastructure is average. The liberary is huge and you can get your study material, pyq, and many more books from there. They also provide with a reading room where students can sit and study in a peaceful environment.
- I can say that the faculty is good and bad both. There are teachers who are really hardworking and there are teachers who doesn't care to take any classes at all.
Dislikes
- The college canteen should get renovation as it looks like an old one.
- New building- there are big classrooms but without ac. Old building also there are no ac on the ground floor. Classrooms of ground floor are small and really old desks and everything.
Remarks :
This college is near my house that was the reason i chose this college. And the nearest metro is ESI metro station you can walk from there to reach the college. There was no written exam as the admissions were on merit base.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose the course as english and linguistics as my discipline. I have had a great interest in english in my school also and linguistics was something new which was very interesting. In this you got to know too many things about the language whether it is any language.
Internships Opportunities :
As i didn't opted for any internship but the ones who are interested can apply for the same. One of my friend was selected in a startup i guess and he was getting a stipend of 15000 which is good enough for a person with not such skills.
Placement Experience :
There is a placement cell in the college itself. I can say that it is an average placement cell. Students who are interested in any kind of jobs and internships can go to them. Many sessions are organized by the placement cell.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The course fee is really affordable and one can go for it. The fee is not very expensive like any other colleges anyone aspiring for the college of du can go for the course. 1st year-12000 2nd year-13000 3rd year 13000
Campus Life :
The life at campus is amazing the functions, fests and other programs which are hosted by the college administration itself are really really amazing and enjoyable. One can go for this college if they really want to enjoy the college life.
Hostel Facilities :
As there are no hostels of the college l. Students accomodate in the nearby area which is raja garden, rajouri garden, bali nagar, ramesh nagar and basai darapur on rent. But the rent is as low as 15000 for one room.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
