- The infrastructure we get here is top level and so good.
- The campus life is good because of the surrounding and different types of students are there also in campus for interact and grow yourself.
Dislikes
- The university is like 5km far from the near city so transport problem seen if university bus are not there .
- The rules and regulations are so strict in university if you break any rules so you have to pay for that.
Remarks :
There are no so strict rules for taking admission in university. There no necessary to appear the jee or ojee exam. Just you have to appear for gietu entrance exam and you get admission. There no aany gd or interview round for addmission. If you score good in jee and ojee may you get some extra benefits.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is so good and easy to understand. For teach us in gietu we get high skilled teacher who are very friendly and supportive in class. They also do some programs in where teacher and students both can do work together to enhance the Skills and knowledge. We get good and better quality education in GIETU.
Internships Opportunities :
The are also conducted some winter and summer internship for all the university students and also other outside students and they charge some money for this. They also recommend and give some internship in many industries for gain experience and enhancing the knowledge of students. The company comes for hiring like Accenture,TCS, Wipro etc many other mnc and start-up companies are come for hiring of freshers.
Placement Experience :
In this market conditions there is no one university who provides the 100 percentage placement to their students but our university provide 95 percentage of good quality placements to the students who are eligible for placement. They also provide some internship. The avg. Package is 3-4 LPA. THE HIGHEST PACKAGE OF THE YEAR IS 26L0A.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In our university the price of the course varies years to year. Im my batch I paid 159000 per year as my course fees and the hotel fees is 78000.there is no category benifits. If you get socre in jee or ojee good so you can get some benifits.
Campus Life :
The whole compus is surrounded by the mountain and giving a good environment for studies and experience the engineering life and learn from the experience. our university provide gym, swimming, library, different sports playground also available in our university for enhanc the extra curricular activities of students and take participants in different sports competition and rise the university name.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, our university provide the hostel facility for students.there are 16 hostels in gietu (1 is ac and other are normal). The hostel room contain bed, fan, water purifier, washroom with 2 or 3 roommate. There is a central mess for all the students those who live in side the campus with the capacity of 500 -600 students. The food quality is also good ????.

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
