- I like the college infrastructure and the canteen, the ambience is nice
- The campus life and social life in the college is bustling
Dislikes
- The faculty is on the stricter side and doesn’t really stay on the same page with the students
- Extracurriculars need a little more attention
Remarks :
My JEE score in the year 2022 was around 2L , so I got this college through IPU college round , I didn’t face any written tests during the admission , the process was a little bit complex , you have to come along with your board mark sheet, Aadhar and other copies , takes almost 2 hours to get through the entire process
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is apt and to the point for hands on future experiences and any real world problems , the faculty is great, I chose the Ece course because that has been my point of interest , the faculty is understanding and bonds with the students , exams are moderately difficult , midsems take place within 2 months of the starting of the semester and endsemsnl, around 4 months
Internships Opportunities :
I’ve opted for a training program rather than an internship , the program focuses on vlsi and other intergrated chip designing aspects including verilog hardware descriptive language , no stipend provided as of now , I’m learning
Placement Experience :
The eligibility is around 7 cgpa needs to be maintained minimum , depends mostly on the average of a branch (cse, Ece) , a few reputed firms such as synopsis , Accenture , zs have provided packages in the college before , packages as high as 44-50 lpa have been offered in the college before
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees for first and second year was around 170000 , however , the fees for the third and fourth year decreases to around 145200, similarly for my batchmates, there is an additional fees between 5000-8000 you pay in the third year in case of summer training which is compulsory
Campus Life :
Campus life is good, it’s a nice place to socialize , a few people are to be avoided as usual , books and journals are available in the library , the canteen is vibrant and happening at all times, classrooms are above average as compared to any other ipu college , sports and extracurricular aren’t that strong however annual fest is still a thing , a lot of students chapters and clubs are present

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
