Remarks :

Getting admission into NMIMS School of law is very easy as you have to give NLAT which has the same paper pattern as clat and if you've prepared for clat then NLAT is going to be easy for you. The good aspect of my college is that it's situated in Mumbai and the teachers are really experienced and they were once students of some of the top nlus.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose BBA LLB as my course because I want to get into corporate in which BBA helps and if I want to do MBA then I'll get an upper hand. The course curriculum is really good as they teach law subjects from first year onwards unlike some other colleges which start from 2nd year .

Internships Opportunities :

I'm in my first year so I've not applied for any internship as of now but will be applying before my summer vacations so that I can learn something and improve my cv which will eventually help me getting placed.

Placement Experience :

The placement in NMIMS school of law is not great to be honest because law firms and other companies chooses students from top nlus but if you work hard in your cv then I bet you can get into top firms and companies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tution fees is 3,50,000 rupees per year and the fees is increased by 25000 every year. I'm paying 10,00,000 every year in Mumbai which includes my tution fees, my hostel fees which is around 5,00,000 and other misc expenses

Campus Life :

As I'm in Mumbai so you cannot except campus life because nmims has a building for law. Although a lot of events are organised by the college which are fun and till now I've enjoyed every event and interacting with the seniors is the best part.

Hostel Facilities :

Nmims provides hostel facility but I did not choose NMIMS hostel and chose some other hostel because of multiple other reasons. But I've seen hostel of NMIMS and they are decent but the price is a bit high.

Placement Experience :

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
