I chose this college because I wanted to pursue actuarial science and get exemptions for the IFOA papers while giving the internal college exams. This was the best college to do so and the teachers were great.
The course was 3 years long and the faculty and teachers were very helpful. If we had any doubts we could go straight to the teacher and he would help us without any judgement. I chose this course because I wanted to do something different than what everyone was doing.
No I did not opt for any internship. I did an internship online which was unpaid for 3 months. College had internship opportunities but all of them were grabbed by the toppers of the batch so there were less internship opportunities.
The eligibility criteria for placements was that you had to have attendance above 75% only then will you be able to apply for placements. The college campus placements were great and they helped a lot of students get high paying jobs in the second year itself
Year-Wise fees was ?200000/- There was no tuition fees. KT charges were between ?500-?1000. All the students had the same amount if fees. There was no scholarship. It was affiliated with IFOA, UK. They helped us with exemptions for IFOA papers.
The campus life was very good. We had frequent events like cricket, football etc., there were many groups inside the college like The actuarial society, the finance club and the cultural committee. The cultural committee was responsible for social events and they did it amazingly.
I did not opt for hostel, I rented a flat and stayed there for the entire course. Mumbai being mumbai it was not cheap but it was not too expensive also. The college being in Andheri West was a good location.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
