- The only thing that I personally dislike is the management it's too slow
- The management is to be blamed for all the dislike cuz they are really slow
Remarks :
It's the best college for journalism and mass communication in Delhi ncr and the way everything has been over in Vips it's absolutely brilliant the infra the studies and the studies the practical exposure
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is amazing as everyone is a PhD degree holder and each one of them is an expert in their field . The course curriculum is very interesting and engaging as it's upto date and it's more practical
Internships Opportunities :
I recently went for my summer internship under ABP news and it was a very good experience as it is a part of my curriculum and one has to complete his STR and there are marks for that so yea it was good
Placement Experience :
There is a placement dept of the college but to be honest it is not too good as it's just there for its name that's all. Internships you'll have to find it on your own or have a good relationship with your faculty
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure is quite simple as it's a college that is associated with GGSIPU it's free is very nominal to 1 to 1.5 lakhs per annum and that compared to other colleges in Delhi is quite reasonable
Campus Life :
The life at VIPs is amazing as people are really welcoming and socially active with many events and programs happening ever now and then including society functions and various other events . Recently Arpit Bala came .
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality of the canteen is good there is no hostel facility available but yes the food is overall good as it's available to the day scholars and they have to keep in mind the health of the students

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
