Remarks :
If i talk about as per my perspective why i had choosen zakir husain delhi college evening first of all it is an evening college aswell so we can go to college on time without getting late and the name zakir husain is famous from a long time in delhi university and with a good image that made me to choose zakir husain.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As i was student of art stream in my school and i was studying history,geog, polsci,English so i had to choose these subjects in my college aswell and in hons. Courses we have to study only one subject that why i choosed ba program history and English and if i talk about the faculty of zakir husain that is really good all the professors are really highly educated and they teach us completely syllabus on time and guide us for the exams aswell.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
It starts with the admission fee for the first year i payed 5800 rupees and it’s really good that admission fee and first anum fee is not different but we have to pay 500 rupees extra for exams every year and every year the annum fee is increased to 300 -400 rupees and that not a high amount to pay and if i talk about the scholorship process that is also good because we always get extra amount then the amount we have payed for the fee.
Campus Life :
Well as we can see the life after covid is changed alot and as of now the college campus isnt that crowded as we use to saw before the covid era but if i talk about my zakir husain it always use to get crowd and as new building of zakir husain is completed now and opened i hope many of new student like that and spread their thoughts to take admission in zakir husain because the infrastructure of the new building is really good as comparison to old buildings.
Hostel Facilities :
Well zakir husain doesn’t have any facility for hostel students who came from other states have to buy pg and room on rent nearby college and that are too expansive as per the college fee for every student so i guess university must think on this topic so that students wont face much problem who came from other states.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
