Good college for academics but not good for extra- curricular activities

- I like that the college is easily accessible to multiple mode of transportation
- The college is neat and clean the washrooms and classroom are always clean and the labs are also good

- It is more like school rather than college teacher
- The college dont support much extracurricular activities
Remarks :
I enrolled in this college because it was near to my home and is also good in academics. This college doesn't have good det extracurricular activities but the studies are up to the mark. They have good professors who will teach u much more than u can actually learn from the course itself. to get selected in this college u have to give an exam of IPU-CET which is a university based exam . once u get your rank u will be able to decide which college u want to go to.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course and curriculum is good . There are some subjects which should not be the part of our course. There is way too much assignments and not actual experience that is being provided in the course. The faculty itself is good Most of the professor has good knowledge about what their knowledge there are only few professor which are not good . The exams are also easy and a student can easily get good marks just by studying the night before.
Internships Opportunities :
I did a college training program rather than a internship and that was the best decision I could have made I learned machine learning and deeply learning in that training which became my main field of specialization.
Placement Experience :
The college allows students to go on internships after their second year, but the internships can only last for six weeks. So far, the placements have not been very good; the recruitment cell is bringing in companies that are not related to our fields. However, the companies are coming nonetheless.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
This fees structure is of final year bca fees(this is my fees structure) 1. Tuition fees:- 81,500\- 2. University fees:- 20,000\- 3. Activity fees:-1000\- 4. Amortization:- 3062\- The fees tends to change every year
Campus Life :
campus life is not great. the campus itself is very small and is shared by one more college building. The classrooms are good and very nicely ventalized .The sports is not good the college doesn't support sports much it only lets student play like before 5 -6 days which is not enough for practice and the college doesn't provide us with the space to play our sports

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
