Yes I gave and entrance test for it and i ranked 1864 out of 10,000 students at that time and i didn't face any GD, Interviews for it. Good Aspects about this college-: 1.This provides good facilities according to the fees. 2.It is affordable. 3.It has good canteen food. 4.this college has good faculties which are very supportive. 5.Crowd is also good. Bad Aspects-: 1.Canteen is sometimes unhygienic. 2.Doesn't have a sports ground. 3.Some faculties don't take pain they just read PPT and teach us. 4.Campus is very small
I chose this course because i was interested in computer applications and coding and data analysis. There was some of the quality teaching and some were very bad faculties the didn't knew how to teach and sometimes faculties don't tell how to work on real life projects.I learnt all of the skills by myself because teachers weren't able to teach good skills. Some teachers like Himanshi ma'am really took the pain and taught us really good. Exams were good and difficult that made us ready for university level exams and they were really good the exam structure was good that made us teach new things.
No I haven't opted for internships. There were many opportunities but i preferred to study more.Internships were available from the companies like SAP labs which were hard to crack. This made the competition really tough.
Placements were pretty average and highest package companies offered were 4LPA and after 5th semester students are eligible for the placements and most of students were placed. Around 70 percent of students are placed here. Companies like TCS,RBS,Amazon come here and place the students.
My College's yearly fees was approximately 1,03,000 each year and right now it is 1,14,000.Currently it is an affordable fees and By time it increased due to inflation. At my time Tution fees 61,400 and remaining was the other fees. This college provides the affordable courses and my batchmates also paid the same fees as me and I paid fees fully to the college i didn't apply the scholarships I took admission in this college according to my rank in CET.
There are many fests that are conducted throughout the year and one main event that invites good singers to perform and life at campus is really good. Crowd is good and all are from good homes and there is always a high availablity of the cafes and restaurants.I was personally in Dayitva club which used to organize the events and they were always successful. But one drawback was there as campus is short the students weren't able to perform or rehears and practice for dance and singing and it was pretty bad at that time.
No hostels were there but yes Pg were there and flat availibility was always there. My friends that came from out of states they stayed there and rents were also affordable which made easier for students to live easily.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
