My friends recommended this college to me, that's why I researched on it and took admission. The college has good environment and the facilities are also good. The teachers are friendly and always there to help you. To take admission you have to give CET or CUET exam and your shift will be decided based on your exam rank. I took tution classes to prepare for these exams.
I chose this course because I wanted to learn more about business as I'll start my own business in the future. The teachers at the college have PhDs and every teacher is highly skilled. They are very friendly and tries to solve everyone's problems. The first term starts in August/September and it's exam is in December/January. The second term starts from January and it's exams are in May/June. The difficulty level of exams is moderate.
I have not opted for yet as I am in 3rd semester only, but in future I will take internship. Companies like Amazon, TCS, Vipro come for placement. 60-70% students get the placement and the average package is of ?2,00,000.
The eligibility criteria for placement is that you can attend the placement only after fourth semester. The few visited recruiters are Amazon, TCS and Vipro and they made offers from ?1,00,000 to ?4,00,000. The average package is of ?2,00,000. Many students get the placement and their percentage is around 60-70%. My plans after getting the degree are to do masters degree that is MBA and then start my own business.
The college's fees for the course BBA is ?1,10,000 yearly. When I took admission, the BBA course was of only 3 years but now it's updated to 4 years. There are scholarships for students also and people take admission by Management quota too.
The life at campus is good. There are many clubs and societies that the students can join. The college organizes fest every year. The main college fest is in February and other fests also happens, like Diwali fest, dandiya fest and more. There are many books available in the college library which students can access by showing their college id. There are sports events in college as well for Sports like Cricket, volleyball, badminton, many indoor games and so on.
The canteen is very clean in the college. It has many shops from where the students can buy whatever they want to eat or drink. The food quality at the canteen is top notch. The menu has many items including momos, sandwiches, burgers etc. The college does not have a hostel but there are many PGs around the college where students can enroll and they are very affordable.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
