Ya I didn't scored much and asked an older friend of mine and got here I researched a little more from youtube and sites and found it to be a good college and i then I joined in I don't regret joining here it's been fun
It's allright the faculty is experienced but not very helpful it's allright they teach u everything the classrooms are good too and its fun around classmates overall a great experience love being here
Not yet but soon,I've not researched yet as per my knowledge we will get to choose ourselves bout the internship as much as I know college provide great internships from that older friend of mine it's allright
Yeah the placement and internship are great here im not very interested in them as I will try to study further im planning to do my masters further yeah that's all it's been fun I don't think I'll opt for campus placement
U do get schorlarship based on 12th marks and Himalayan state also get scholarship, u get scholarship based on ur percentile in jee mains too be sure to score well and I think SC and st also get scholarship and students with army background too get a scholarship
We have so many clubs in college like photography, coding, game development and so much more, the campus life is not bad at all it's fun with friends we have many fest like a welcome fest that happens during sep and youthopia in November ,then sports event known as suphurti which happens in Jan or Feb every year
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.
the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.
College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.
I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.
Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.
I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.
Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
There are good placement and job opportunities are there in off campus placement because there are many sites whivh provide job and internships like inteshala and there are many other platforms to find the job and internships
