Remarks :
It's the top and the oldest NIT in india. I wrote JEE mains exam to come here. Here the placements are more than some of the IITs. It's near to my home, it's a lush green campus, the campus is active throughout the year by activities conducted by the clubs and societies
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty are quite good. Some are ridiculous, some are good. But they have a huge knowledge. I choose this course EEE because it is circuital and even the faculty is also so good. Exams are conducted every month, two months as minors and two months as mid and final sem exams
Internships Opportunities :
No, I did not opted for any internship as I'm currently still in 2nd year. But, I know a senior who is in 4th year now did his internship at samsung in the last summer vacation and now he got PPO and now he is a full time employee at samsung
Placement Experience :
Placements are so good here if you are interested in getting placed. Top companies like Google, Microsoft, Oracle, GS, Amazon, Sprinklr, Uber, Qualcomm, Texas Instruments and many more( around 250 companies) visit campus every year for both placement and interships
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly one must pay around 1.28 lakh if his/her family annual income is more than 5 lakh. If the family annual income is less than 5 and greater than 1, you can get 2/3 waiver in the tution fee. If less than 1lakh, no tution fee. Coming to the scholarships, NSP is a government scholarship which waivers your complete institute fees by 100% if your family income is less than 2lakh.
Campus Life :
Overall campus life is good. Not so good by satisfied with it. Here one can find a lot variety of clubs and can join them on their interests. In our college there are 32 clubs in which around 15 are most active.
Hostel Facilities :
I live in hostel only. Here the mess food is healthy but not tasty. As usual as every mess, even here it's boring for us to eat same menu every week. There are 4 messes in the campus for boys and 3 messes for girls.

Learning, growth and great memories

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Reasons I chose NIAT
Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.
College life beyond classroom

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
A great place to meet like minded people
Course Curriculum Overview :
One important thing I like about the course is that it isn't only about reading books and writing exams. We get to practice what we learn through coding, assignments, and small projects, which makes the subject easier to understand. The syllabus also covers topics that are useful for todays tech industry. The faculty is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain concepts in a simple way, clear doubts without any hesitation, and we are already ready to help if someone is struggling.

I like that the focus in on building our skills first instead of waiting until the final year. I feel this preparation will really help us when placement season begins.
My experience at NIAT
Placement Experience :
NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.
A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life
Placement Experience :
Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
