- Christ is filled with greenery. This is the first thing that attracted me to the campus.
- Christ is filled with people from different regions. they encourage diversity of cultures.
Dislikes
- Sometimes the gates get too crowded, which leads to not reach the class on time.
- The dress code is very strict in Christ, though its a matter of discipline yet it is a disadvantage for us students.
Remarks :
Christ University is one of the top colleges in whole of India, Especially in Bangalore. Getting a seat in christ is like a life time achievement. this college has the best infrastructure, education and placements. they prepare you to the toughest. I had to give a test and an interview to get into this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It was a long term goal of mine to purse PHD in commerce, so BCom was the first step to achieve my goal. The faculties in Christ are highly qualified and have minimum of 10 years work experience. They are very approachable and friendly. The exams prepare you to the worst, after studying in Christ and exam would be easy for you.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted for any internships but my friend has got an internship in a firm which was recommended by christ. his firm is in HSR layout where he gets a stipend of Rs 15,000 per month. if his performance is more, it might increase as well.
Placement Experience :
Christ encourages or organize internship or placement drives. Christ itself has contact with many companies that provide students with internship opportunities. Christ Placements are outstanding. Many top companies like deloitte, ey, hp come here to recruite students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For christ Bangalore, BCom fees is Rs 90,000 per year but for students who are from Karnataka board, the board provided scholorship of Rs 30,000. Hence, the fees is Rs 60,000 for BCom students who graduated from karnataka board.
Campus Life :
Christ is known for its fests and clubs. they not only focus on education but also focus on extra curricular activites and hobbies. they will be a fest held every month is christ. there are 3 libraries in christ. the PG library is of 7 floors and contains all the references you need. as mentioned earlier there are many clubs in christ. I am an active member of 2 clubs. one is a news letter club and other one is a cultural club.
Hostel Facilities :
I am a day scholar yet I have friends who live in near by PGs. Christ has a lot of PGs surrounded by it. Either in Koramangala or SG Palya. they all are in walkable distance to christ. For PGites the food is provided in their PGs itself still if you are not comfortable for food there, there are plenty of food stalls and food messes in and out of christ.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
MSc Physics at Christ

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
