I got the admission based on my 12th marks. There were no group discussion, interview or tests that I had to attempt. All the students can get admission based on their marks in the 12th board exams only.
I chose bcom hons for my degree because this is a very knowledge rich and important course for my corporate career. It includes all the theoretical knowledge that we need before entering the corporate world . The faculty is also highly qualified and approachable . The term exams are held very strictly and timely.
College provides intership in 2nd year jobs was mainly for the sales person and field job for finance very few options were there .but they make sure that every student should must perform atleast 1 internship while graduating it is mandatory to do internship and make report on it .
Placement is good but maximum students of our batch who are doing ug were not interested in job either they opt for higher studies or or search for jobs outside . Out of 80 students in bcom 6 students got the job through campus placement. Eligibility criteria for placement is 60% . Average package was of rs. 3 Lakh per annum.
The fee for the first year was around 27500 and it kept increasing every year. In the second year, the fee was 30500 and for the third year, it was 32500. But I was provided with the scholarship . I got 100% scholarship . It was a merit based scholarship. Another student I know has also got a scholarship of 25%
Sangathan the sports fest conducted by Amity is a great opportunity for students who excel in sorts it's a 3 days event Amispark the cultural event of Amity in month of April last week And biobazaar the festive fest which occurs approx 5-6 times in a year for celebrating different festivals like prediwali durga puja Ganesh etc... If we talk about the books and library Amity has one of the best facility library with good academic books (students not need to purchase any for college ) but laks non academic books like self help books . Classrooms have ac charging points for laptops and classes are both white boards and projectors , classroom also have mic facility for gatherings . Amity have different clubs which students can join as per there interest and there wellbeing like - in my business school there were societies like marketing society ,finance society, social groups for society, etc...
Hostel was good and a bit strict , hostel was totally ragging free . Hostel food was okayish . Infrastructure was good ,cleanliness was maintained but had no facility of ac . Application for hostel will be available in the amizone website Amity students can apply from the website very easily . Hostel is good option overall because there was lack of rented pg or hostel nearby .students needs to travell a lot for pg.
I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.
There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.
Rare opportunities to get internship, and placement because of lack of skill in developing courses rather than academic books.some get internship because they worked hard. Placement is all about how much of your soft and technical skills are well developed
According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.
If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.
There are available campus placement and college provides some internship program through the webinar with companies.there avarage placement package around 8 to 10 LPA and the highest package is around 25 to 30 LPA
Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.
From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
Students are eligible for placement from the start of the 3rd year. Approximately 200 company visit every year for hiring process. The average CTC of the college placement is above 7 lakhs. The highest offer received in college is in crore. Around 85% of the students get placed at the end of the 4th year.
