Dislikes
- The professors they don’t just teach us, they make learning exciting. More than teacher they are our mentors. They are willing to help us with everything whether it is answering questions after class, doubts, or offering advice on projects and assignments. Their passion for teaching is clearly visible and loud.
- The food options on the campus are a real help especially when students stay late. Food trucks are parked offering quick and tasty meals. For more relaxed vibe, the cafe stays open late too, serving yummy and tasty food. Food spots make staying in the campus late for studies and stuff easy .
Remarks :
I chose this college to get every other college because every other college offered the same facility as amity law school which was in my city too which made easy for me to manage things with my family and in the city overall as i know this city and am familiar with it. My college is better as it promises the placement and that too big packages. Many number of feats take place in the college football bich makes it easier for students to socialise with each other apart from the formal environment of the college. The process of admission is very easy and simple you just have to submit every document required like results of 10th and 12th, identity etc. the payment is to be made in inline mode only and no cash as it helps in maintaining the record of every student.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our college program offers a well structured and up to date curriculum designed to meet modern legal industry demand. The five year course includes core law subjects (economics, sociology, political science) and professional enhancement courses for eg:- communication skills, foreign language, practical training, including moot courts, drafting and internships, ensures hands on experience. The curriculum is comprehensive, blending theoretical knowledge with real world applications, making it strong foundation for a legal career. Students generally praise the course for its relevance and quality the BALLB program is both relevant and comprehensive, effectively preparing students for complexities of the legal profession. The integration of interdisciplinary studies, practical training, and regular curriculum upwards ensures that graduates are well equipped to meet the demand of legal industry.
Internships Opportunities :
No i haven’t yet opted any internship but as much I’ve heard of it. The college offers well known law firms and companies which help us improve our skills and adujust ourselves in a working environment.
Placement Experience :
Reputable law firms are given the list of students by the college and the firms then choose who is capable of the job. Most of the students start their internships after the end of 1st year dunring summer break. The internships are about of 15 days to 1 month. It depends on the firm that internships will be paid or unpaid. Every year interviews are organised in the college campus of many different companies and students are to decide for which company they want to interview for and if it goes well then they get the job. The companies are mostly which offer at least 50000 per year at the start and according to the performance of the student the salary increases.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure does keep increasing as for 1st sem it was 75000 and the 2nd sem it was increased by 1000. Yearly fees is like 1,51,000 for course BALLB. Our college does have scholarship programs according to the percentage of 12th grade. If you score above 75 you can test 20 percent off if above 80 percentage you will get 35 percent off if above 85 percent then 45 percent off if above 90 percentage then 75 percent off and if above 95 percent then you get hundred percent scholarship. I personally think this amount is pretty much fine according to a well known private university.
Campus Life :
The campus life is very much vibrant and interactive. There are many opportunities to make friends, engage with peers, and participate in diverse cultural, academic, and social events. There are traditions like sanghathan in which students can take part, get to know the students from other departments and expand their social life. Fests are organised during Diwali, Ganesh, and during Feb month. This year during Feb a concept inspired by the Goa’s sun burn is taking place called amity sun burn events like this help us build social identity. There are verity of clubs and organisations. Joining these clubs like debate, drama, sports, music, etc. contributes in students personal growth, provide, opportunities for collaboration, or honed specific skills if one is held leadership roles or activily contributed to events you get to meet higher people who guide you.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for hostel facilities myself but i do have friends who have and according to them the rooms are nice and fine but the increase of 60,000 just for an AC is a bit too much and the mess facility is nice at times and worse at times there are times when the food feels like home cooked but at some points it tastes awful. They do provide laundry facilities in hostel who collect your clothes and then clean it and return in a day or two it does have some charges though.

There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
