I wanted to get out of my hometown for more exposure and better education. This is the best architectural college in Karnataka so I opted for it. The NATA scores were considered for the admission procedures.
Architecture can be tedious to people. The curriculum is overall fine, but the faculties need to improve more. The present HOD is very supportive and understanding. He motivates us for all curricular and extra curricular activities.
I have done internship during the holidays. It was a good experience. They taught me so many things. Practical as well as general educational knowledge. The softwares which I knew came handy during my internship
Our department introduced campus placements from the year 2024 where there were no campus placements for architecture departments. The college has contacts of top architectural firms which is convenient
I am paying 219000 per year, but KCET students pay 75000. The college offers many scolarships for OBC, SC, ST students etc. More than 70 percent is paid by scholarship. Once you are Karnataka resident, there are numerous scholarships for you
The campus has good infrastructure in an area of 85 acres. Good nature friendly open areas and pathways. Lots and lots of space for enjoying and fun. Very good connectivity. Best veg foods in canteen.
I have not opted for hostel. Hostels can be expensive but there are numerous pgs and rentals near the college which are cheaper. The food and infrastructure of the hostels are good. The buildings are neat and tidy.
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
