- I like the crowd and quality of students present at ramaiah.
- I like the location and amenities which are available nearby.
Dislikes
- I don't like the fact that our campus is very small in size.
- The food in hostels is average and not something you enjoy after a week or so.
Remarks :
I wanted to join a college in Bangalore and got a suitable rank in COMEDK exam to join ISE here at RIT. The location is pretty good with all necessities nearby, the crowd is diverse with people from different backgrounds.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum seems a bit outdated but it is the case with all the vtu registered colleges, newer courses with practical applications can be added to make academics more industry inclined, weight age of practicals can be increased and theory portion should be decreased to promote actual learning instead of memorising answers.
Internships Opportunities :
I have opted for an off campus internship in a startup which caters to robotics and drones . I really enjoy my internship and the skills I am able to learn from people around me. College really helped me in grabbing this opportunity
Placement Experience :
Placements and job opportunities at Ramaiah are one of the finest amongst Bangalore colleges, students can leverage a vast and successful alumni network. Companies like IBM, Amazon, PhonePe and Zomato are top recruiters
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total tuition fee is around 275000, which has been increasing every year. A component of fee is skill lab which costs 20000 aand which is mandatory for first year students. Hostel fee vary as per the type of hostels, many private accommodations are also available. Management quota fees for ISE branch is 30 lakhs.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is fair, we have our fest UDBHAV during November where a lot of artists perform. Library is well equipped with all the books you will ever need, and has good internet connection . Sports at ramaiah are limited, we have a basketball and tennis court in the campus, and ramaiah ground about 800m from main campus where we can play cricket and football. There's also a badminton court in the campus. The social groups/clubs at ramaiah are awesome and legitimate, the best club being IEEE.
Hostel Facilities :
I enrolled in MSR GOKUL BOYS HOSTEL, the rooms are spacious and cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. The food is average but there are many food courts available in and around the college campus. My 3 sharing room costed me 1.5 lakhs for a year

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
