My university is one of the best university according to NAAC Ranking. Admission through common university entrance exam. General test and English is compulsory for the undergraduate courses in jnu. You can prepare themselves and any coaching centre. Your percentile should be high.
Because I am interested in languages. The faculty is so good. They have studied from foreign universities and also from jnu. Some teachers are represent the India in many fields. Sessional was held every month. And there is an end semester exam.
I am not opted any internship but my classmates do. They went different state for internship in all over India. There are so many tasks like translation, interpretation etc. In masters, if you score good you can go the foreign countries for further studies and internship.
Placement is so good. You need to score the good cgpa more than 5.5. There are so many opportunities for students during the degree and after completion the degree. You have the job opportunities in ambassy and MNCs.
Tution fees for first semester -270 Registration fees for hostel -6000 and 4000 return when you complete the degree as a security Second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth semester fees- 170 Scholarship for every month - 2000 Other courses have similar fees structure except the btech program
There is no fest in jnu but every state special day are celebrated. Election of jnu is fest for jnu students because it is very happening. Every single book is available in jnu library. The access of library is 24 hours and seven days. There is sports tournament held every month. There are so many group lead by students where students orgainse the program and enjoy it.
Yes I opted the hostel. The food quality is very good. Menu is decided by the students. Hostel is very affordable. Everyone can afford them. In admission process there is a option for hostel simply you opt that. You need the domicile certificate for hostel. The locality is good for room and pg but there is no need for this because everyone easily get the hostel.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
