Symbiosis entrance test which is an all India open aptitude test with tough competition. After cracking this, one needs to pass an online WAT after which if he/she clears it, he has to clear one round of personal Interviews to get admission from tye college.
I have mixed opinion in terms of faculty and curriculum. Certain curriculum seems obsolete whether other is industry friendly. Also faculty some are great whether some are pathetic with all due respect.
Lots of internships available. I myself is a member at the Placement and internship cell, we facilitate internships almost every other week for our fellow batchmates. Both online and offline internships are provided.
Placements are good specially for a Bachelors of Business Administration college considering the fact that other BBA colleges don't even have placements. Certainly top 3 in india for placements for BBA
Semester wise fees is 1.8 lakhs per semester so 3.6 lakhs per year. It is a 3+1 year degree so one needs to spend around 11 lakhs just for tuition fees. Fees are certainly at a higher end and not affordable for many. Scholarships are next to none.
Great infra, social life. Events happening constantly. Festivals are celebrated graciously both national and International. One feels lively at tye campus because something or other is going on in the campus. Campus life is good indeed.
Hostel Infrastructure is commendable. Tye boys hostel is newly built and has everything one can ask for including AC rooms, table tennis and snooker courts, laundry, parking, wifi, etc. Food is also decent conpared to other college hostels.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
