I chose nsut completly over its brand value .I live in noida so wanted a college close to home otherwise had option to many NITs .My rank was 50k but i got biotech as i didnt had delhi quota.I got admission during spot round
Course curriculum is completely outdated .Nothing that is taught here helps during placement. Here you will get like minded people which will help you in academics or startup or coding you need to apply for offcampus jobs to get good packages
Not as of now.But for internships you need to have good connections with seniors as they can belp you get referrals from companies .Or from faculties which can recommend to companies or firm like DRDO
College placement is average only tech branchces get good placement otherwise lot of competition. Many students who apply offcampus get high packages. One girl from biotech branch got 44 lack package by microsoft
Total fees is around 10 lakh for four year There are many scholarship schemes only for delhi quota students of either obc sc or ews category upto 50% scholarships are available. There is a portal by Delhi government through which scholarship is applied
Life is very chill.Just attendance is a little tough to maintain 75% otherwise lot of free time is available .Many stydents here prepare for civil services as well as lot of time is available especially in biotech branch
There is a portal for hostel on college website .Food quality and menu is average .Becomes boring due to repetition.lot of pg are available near campus which are better than hostel in terms of freedom and food
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
