No, Only Jee/cet scores are enough to get admission into the college. If you are a management student then there is no such criteria of gd rounds or interview rounds/written tests etc. You just need to pay the fees.
I chose this course because of it's affordability in this college. Faculty qualification is worst, the faculty don't know how to teach not even know about their own subjects, teaching quality is very poor they don't even complete the syllabus. There are 2 exams taken in one semester first is the insemester of 30 marks and the second is the endemester of 70 marks + there is viva/projects. The difficultly level is moderatly high.
No such internship provided by the college, they are just scamming people by the name of their head branch. No companies came to take for internship, we need to find on our own. I haven't done any offline internship, they only say do internship of 2 months which is not possible and only that we can do is an online internship.
There is a TPO coordinator, but the main thing is that no companies visit the college max to max it's 4-5 companies that visit and take 10 students and all other students don't get placed. No placement assistance provided as such. They write 100% placement but it's a lie.
NORMAL STUDENTS (THROUGH JEE/CET)- Yearly fee : 94500 Tution fee : 83950 Development fee : 10550 Scholarship availed: 41975 (EBC SCHOLARSHIP) Overall fee paid by me: 52525( IF scholarship availed) MANAGEMENT STUDENTS - Total fees : 95000 Donation: depends (negotiable) No scholarship availability
Saptarang is a fest, and is hosted every year in April/may. Library is good it provides students with books they need and contains all necessary journals. Classroom amenities are just a blackboard and one projector and seating tables. No sports Complex ( college is under a land dispute case hence can't make their sports Complex) No social groups as such.
Hostel is worst, no cleaning, no wifi proper connection and there is leakage during rainy season from the roof. Hostel is cheap bte, it's affordable Good is not that much good but it's also affordable.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
