The real truth you must know

What I Liked

College affordability : it is good for financially unstable students.
College canteen: provides good quality food at cheaper cost.

What I didn’t like

College washrooms: no maintenance, leakage all over, bad smell
Faculty teaching: worst, they don't know about their own subject.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because of it's affordability in this college. Faculty qualification is worst, the faculty don't know how to teach not even know about their own subjects, teaching quality is very poor they don't even complete the syllabus. There are 2 exams taken in one semester first is the insemester of 30 marks and the second is the endemester of 70 marks + there is viva/projects. The difficultly level is moderatly high.

Placement Experience:

There is a TPO coordinator,but the main thing is that no companies visit the college max to max it's 4-5 companies that visit and take 10 students and all other students don't get placed. No placement assistance provided as such. They write 100% placement but it's a lie.

What I Liked

I like college faculty as they are always available to help the students.
I also like the environment around the campus.

What I didn’t like

I don't like the infrastructure of the college.
I don't like that there are only few places to visit near college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

To be honest, I chose this course because it is the best I could get. The faculty of the college is great, they are highly qualified and some of them have 25+ years of experience. The exams are conducted in two phases, insem and endsem.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college and another deemed University Bharat Vidyapeeth is combined. The students who are actually skilled got really great packages like 19lpa, 35lpa. And normally or average package lies between 3lpa to 7lps.

An Honest Summary about Bharti Vidyapeeth College Of Engineering Pune-Pro's,Con's and ROI

What I Liked

Campus is very large to explore and interact
the libraries are well maintained and consists a lot of books on specific domains
Placement is also above average, serves a better ROI
the infrastructur is also good and constantly changings

What I didn’t like

LIMITED HOSTEL SEATS FOR BOYS - not everyone can live there
sometimes the college may be strict towards submissions

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Comp Engineering because i have a keen interest in this domain some of the faculties are really good, teaching method is quite good Exams are one of the most challenging here, i would not call it too difficult but you have to prepare well to pass here

Placement Experience:

Eligibility- All backlogs clear till 4th year Recruiters- AMdocs,accenture,tcs,cognizant,capegemini,L&T, IBM, several startups, HDFC bank, ICICI,juspay, phonepay etc.. package- highest around 27 and avg is around 5-6 lpa (for tech jobs) 4-7 lpa for core jobs around 70-80% gets placed anually but last year due to recession only 50% got placed I will also be appearing for college placements

The placements are average here like not to high not to low but yeah students are offered packages every year. A good amount of companies visit the campus and provide jobs. The package depends on the branch you are like for computer science it's around 5-6 lakhs per year

A Good College for Engineering in Pune

What I Liked

Every year college organises many events like cultural, sports and functional events.
The faculty here is very cooperative and good mentos.

What I didn’t like

There is nothing as I dislike about the college but it is a little away from the city.
And the campus could have been little more in size.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was interested in technology and software so I chose this branch. There are a total of 8 semesters for this course. In each semester you have one In sem Exam and one End-sem of 30 and 70 marks resp. The faculty here is really good. Almost every faculty has a PhD or they are pursuing one.

Placement Experience:

There are many placement and job opportunities.The In campus placements are really good for computer branch and a lot of students get placed in good companies from my batch.Some of them are persuing Masters.

What I Liked

College infrastructure, faculty, campus life, is best as per my vision you can visit the college
Faculty is good as per my perspective when you talk with them you known very well
Campus is not big but it is good as my perspective

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is in underdevelopment and it is look like negative
Food quality is quite not good but you can adjust it

Course Curriculum Overview:

I especially chose Mechanical Engineering because it is my favorite subject and also it is available there. Teaching staff is good but you have to study your own because sometimes the syllabus is not complete. Term exams are as follows as the sppu timetable it depends on sppu.

Internships Opportunities:

Yes, I have obtained an internship from CENTRAL RAILWAYS AS A student intern. We practically performed the brake system and it was a very good experience you can also try this from the college side take a college letter and apply it.

What I Liked

College Campus. my college campus is surrounded my greenery so i like my collage campus very much.
1 st year of my engineering is little beat difficult. but now my campus life is too good

What I didn’t like

faculty. I think more educated faculty student deserve.
as a mention above only need to best faculty members.

In my college there this a course curriculum activities ,but not extra co-curriculum activities, my Faculty is average, My college provides a scolorship for OBC,SC,ST students. In 4-5 months we have to have 2 exams in-sem as well as end sem

Placement Experience:

yes. my college provide placement. but department do a partiality in between students . students expect more placements from college. so we will for and demanding to our department for for companies for placement from college

Good but can be improved

What I Liked

The faculty members pf the college are cooperative and help the students if facing any problems which is related to curriculum .
The environment in the cold season is too good .

What I didn’t like

The modes of connection to campus from the main town are limited
The infrastructure can be built to give competition to big colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I chose was computer engineering. The course is taught through the curriculum which has been designed by Savitribai Phile Pune University and it is followed by the faculty and various departments of the college.

Placement Experience:

The placement is good for the computer department but not for the other ones. This year it is poor for the computer department also due to the market recession. Other departments have decent but it needs too much improvement as compared to other colleges.
