- Campus life here is the best. Here at IIT Delhi you get a wonderful peer group.
- Infrastructure is great. Though the hostel here are quite old.
Dislikes
- Faculty.Sometimes you have to argue with the Teaching Assistants for the marks.
- The policy of Department change. Students are more stressed about their branch here.
Remarks :
I Choose this college by my choice. You have to clear JEE ADVANCED exam to get into this college, I prepared for JEE from an online coaching known as Physics Wallah and also you have to face the JOSAA counselling process for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because this was the best course that I was able to get based on my rank. The faculty teaches ust right but you can't rely on them you have to study by yourself. Exams here are quite tough and very stressful.
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven't opted for any internship the particular reason to this is since Its my first year at college I do not have enough skill set to apply for Internships but I plan to aquire the right set of skills this year.
Placement Experience :
There are many placements and job opportunities. Few recruiters are google , microsoft ,amazone etc. The highest package here offered was around 3 cr as from what I heard. There is 100 % placement here.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
One lakh eighty thousand rupees as tuition fees and Seventy thousand mess fees per year this is for general category students, for sc/st students tuition fees is negligible but they have to pay some mandatory charges around 16k I guess. There are some Scholarships provided by the IITD aluminies.There is a MCM scholarship provided for the Sc/St students.
Campus Life :
Campus life is best here because you meet a lot of new people here and from different regions, so you get a diverse set of cultures here.You get a big library here where almost all type of books and journals are available.You get a variety of sports here to play with good grounds and court. There are many clubs here which are by the students such as DEBSOC , HINDI SAMITI, DANCE , MUSIC and many more.There is a website named BSW which is run by the students for the freshers to get fast access to required resources.
Hostel Facilities :
Food quality is just good. Though at the starting of my college you do not like quality much. The menu here is great since the students are the one who made it. It often changes as per students demands.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.

talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
