- good facilities like gymnasium, library, seminar halls, working computers in labs
Dislikes
- minority quota students are admitted in very less marks
- timings of library and gym are quite odd
- its not in north campus, its an off campus college
Remarks :
i wrote CUET UG 2024 and got 746 marks/800 and got this college in second round, its cut off was 746 in first round and in second round it went to 745. i prepared for cuet after my boards and got this great college
Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose this course as i liked accountancy and this course is perfectly aligning with my future goal of becoming a chartered accountant, the course is not rigorous like economic hons so thats why i preferred this course
Internships Opportunities :
a lot of internship opportunities are offered by the placement cell which includes remote and offline internships for roles like digital marketing, legal, market analyst, business development, sales & CRM etc.
Placement Experience :
the college has a good placement record of highest placement of about 22 lakhs in 2023-24 and over 350 students placed in good companies, eligibility for sitting in placement rounds is the cgpa of atlleast 7
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
separate examination fees is to be paid for giving exams in Du, this fees depends on ur course and subjects mine is 1510 and rest scholarship can be availed upto 100% by appearing for a separate paper and interview
Campus Life :
several societies are there like NSS, ENACTUS, ROTARACT, NEST, 180DC, they organise a lot of events and competitions throughout the year where students of different colleges can compete which makes the college life more vibrant
Hostel Facilities :
hostel is only for girls, its fees is 200000/year for triple sharing including food, electricity so i have rented a pg in yp block pitampura, the hostel allocations are done online on the basis of marks

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
