I belong from 2021-24 batch so I didn't faced any competitive exam while taking admission in this college. My admission was totally on the merit basis. This college is quite reachable from my place in less time, and women's college also provide you better security as compares to others so yess I feel secured in my college. Cut offs at my time gone very high dude to no examination during COVID-19, and yes it was a huge trauma fro us also while seeing the cutoffs gone so high, i didn't get my dream college but yess now after spending 3 years I feel I m lucky tooo.
Most probably all courses are available in my college for undergraduates students, i pursued my bcom programme from my college. Qualification of faculties are upto date. Best faculties I would say, their learnings their behaviour was superb. Difficulty level of term exam was quite good but ofcourse teachers have to prepare you for the finals so they have to do it.
Mostly the internships were related to marketing or sales manager, i had applied for campus ambassador nd graphic designer, overall my experience was good. You have to do task on daily basis, i made brochures, postures for any event of the company.
Placements and job opportunity are not quite soo good but yeah 2-3 placements are there with the package of 2-3 lakh per annum for the students wants to pursue their career in commerce field. 20-30% of the total students gets placements rest rely on their individual jobs or higher studies
We have to pay 23000-24000 as an yearly fees to the college including tution, lab and all. Scholarships are available to some of the students who scores the 1st position from the overall course we pursued. 2000-3000 is the amount which is provided to the students who scores the highest in their respective courses. I don't think any financial aid was provided to students who were not able to pay their fees.
Campus and social life was best. I also was a part of singing society where I got the opportunity to perform in different fests of different colleges with my choir. Sports like volleyball, badminton is there, different societies related to dance, singing, arts, literature is also there
I hadn't opted for hostel either I choose to do daily up down as my college was not so far from my place. Our college doesn't have a facility of hostels fro the students who was not able to travel daily.

IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
