When I took admission admission in Mata Sundri College for Women depends upon the percentage one scored in the 12th class. But now there is CUET exam for taking admission in the colleges of Delhi University. An individual has to Clear CUET exam and on the basis of your scores you will be assigned a college.. This college is near by Tilak Bridge railway station and also near to ITO metro station. This college comes under the North Campus. It's location is very strategic.
This course is very good for the students who wants to work as public servants. This helps in Civil Service preparation and also who wants to go for law course. It was 3 years course when I completed my graduation but now it's 4 years course with integreted learning. The faculty is very smart and students friendly. Exams are conducted semester wise. Exams are conducted 2 times in a year semester wise . In total it has 8 semesters .
I did my Campus Ambassador internship from sarkarischool.in and Personality development internship form Wagonpie foundation. There are many internships available which also gives stipend to the students And many of my friends are involved in it.
There are many students who got placements from the college but I don't know about them. But there , a job fair is organised every year by college where many companies and start-up comes to provide jobs and internships to the students
When I took admission in Mata Sundri College for women which is one of the college of Delhi University in 2021 my program fee of B.A. (hons.) political science was 17770. But now it has been changed due to New Education Policy. Now the tution fee is 24325 per year which is affordable for all the students. and scholarship and fee concession is also available for Financial help to students.
There are many fests conducted by our college like diwali fest, annual college fest Saarang, polifiesta, commerce fest etc... There are a lots of books in the library alongwith e-resources which are available for all the students. There are sports facilities also like football, badminton, boxing etc..... There is a separate playground for sports students. There are many clubs and socil groups like Peace club, Knowledge Club, Bhangra Society,Gandhi Study circle, Internal Complaint cell etc....
Currently, there is no hostel in our college but soon there will be hostel facility available in our college as the hostel is approved by the authorities for te outstation students. so, that they do not have to suffer searching for hostels nearby. When hostel will be built it's fees may be above 10 thousand
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
