- College is in developing stage and the infrastructure made are modern and are good in design Especially hostels are really good and new infrastructures are well designed and well planned
- Campus life is good All the necessary facilities are available
Dislikes
- Internship opportunities must be improved
- Development of some infrastructure is slow and can be accelerated
Remarks :
Student have to give JEE Advanced to get into this institute which is entrance exam given after 10+2. To be able to appear for this exam one has to clear JEE Main. Based on the rank of student followed by JoSAA councelling procedure.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is good. Faculty members are excellent and are very supportive They will provide immense support to their student whether they want to persue their career in their field or any other domain of work.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are descent. Not all but most of students get a descent internship opportunities . Around 50 companies visit institute for on campus internships and with an IIT Tag student can apply for offcampus internship and get the opportunity based on their skill. Doing summer internship in the pre-final year of college degree is mandatory and is a credited course
Placement Experience :
Placements are good. Being an IIT the placement stats are meant to be good. Around 150 companies participate in the recruitment process and most of the student gets a descent job at the end of their college degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For general student Tuition fee=100000 Hostel+Mess=20000 Fee remission for people with 1.annual income less than 100000 (No tuition fee is required) 2.annual income between 1 lac to 5 lac(1/3 tuition fees is required
Campus Life :
Good campus life, you will get facilities of every sports equipment and will be able to access grounds. Apart from sports clubs exist for different interest of different people such as music, dance, painting , robotics and other socio cultural activites. Intercollege competition are their to test your limit The biggest competition is INTER IIT which tests your ability to perform and compete among the best
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is mandatory and student studying in the institute need to submit hostel and mess advance along with the tuition fee Rooms are single occupancy and are neet and clean. Hostel rooms are well maintained along with LAN and Wifi facilities.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
