The very first factor is the campus and the name that jamia had being the central university and situated in delhi it is most reputed college . It have nirf ranking 6 among all the dental colleges in delhi and being the best dental college.
For just being the central university it has so many facilities and faculty are all well educated and being the best of their field. They are very helpful both academics and apart of that .there is mentor mentiee interaction every week.
As After 4 year of course people have to do mandatory internship of 1 year in the college itself in which they got paid.and the patient flow in the college is good so people get good exposure to the patient.
As it is a professional course so not much placement occurs but it totally depends on the skill of the individual the better the skill the better will be pay .our alumini are on better better places and doing well as individual maximum people are running their clinics.
The tuition fees is 40000 which may increase, which is in total after that no fees is taken from you as it is central university and no reservations so all students have the same fees and tha various scholarships are given from the University or the centre which a student can get and complete the course.
Campus Life is preety good.zaphyar fest happen for the dental student but as various courses are present so there are so many fest happens in the college. There is 2 Library one central one Library for dental where we get all the books we can essue that too.
I belong to Delhi so I don't opted for hostels but hostels are only limited so everyone don't get hostel they got hostel by the points which are besed on very perspective distance ,marks in 12th etc.hostels are for 60000 for a year .
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
