- What I like the most about college is, friendly environment where everyone is there for another, the faculty members, along with their excellent experience. The beautiful garden of the college and lushious greenery, where one and sit and be away from city ruch and find mental peace. The college has a big and beautiful library, that can quench any question that comes to the mind, and computers and internet to help the students.
- The college along with academics hold many events to keep the students busy and entertained, they host events like, freshers, farewell, Diwali fest, and many others in wich students can take part and represent the college.
Dislikes
- The only thing that the college lack is, that Shimla is a cold city and no heaters are provided
Remarks :
I choose this college for their, excellent faculty members, because they all are well deserving of their post, and are always there to help students, pluc the city Shimla makes it more interesting. After applying to the college, one interview was taken online via call, then another interview was taken in the college it self by the teacher, and final was taken by the principal, and then submission of documents and fee.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is really great, it offers wider scope of horizon, it gives the chance to get outside and see the real world, and know it's experience, Along with the faculty of Literature Department, they really make it fun by making the class more interactive, and a safe zone for everyone. Exams are taken according to semester system, 2 semester each year along with one minor each which makes it easy to appear for the finals.
Internships Opportunities :
No, because there are no internship for, the students of English literature via college, but one can always opt, to take party by themselves, in essay writing, or reviewing a college, by writing a review.
Placement Experience :
The college might provide placement to the students with technical degree, but for literature students there's no placement, so after plans can be like, getting a PHd or clearing NET and entering into teaching profession.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fee is thirty four thousand, which covers the tution fee, and all the other fee like, lab fee, adminstration fee and so on, but students bare their own exam fee, which is minimal. Fee depends on what course one pursues, for example there's a difference for BA honours degree course and BA course.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is really fun, because it's a safe environment for girls, and the plus point is that it's ragging free completely. College does have a wide social life, as they keep hosting some or the other events, the main is the freshers, where they get the chance to become Miss Himachal, they do hist other fest like Diwali, garba and so on.. They have wide range of clubs, like, Sports, dance, drama, music, photography, nature, NCC, NSS and so on..
Hostel Facilities :
No, I have not opted for hostel, but hostel if fun as well,they serve hot steaming food, which includes, breakfast, lunch, evening tea, and dinner I guess, three people share a room, and one can opt to stay alone as well.

Placements are decent. Eligibility is typically at CGPA 6.0 or higher. Recruiters include TCS, Infosys ,Oracle, Wellsfargo etc.Highest package this year reached around 3 crores per annum as it was a foreign offer.

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs
