Likes
- I like the academics oriented environment of the college also the faculty of the college . There is no delay in the academic calender which do not hamper students career at all .
- I like the fact that the fees of btech is not very high like any other college .
Dislikes
- I don't like the small size of the campus as it affects the campus life of students .
- There is no night life in the college . At 10 pm girls hostel closes so students are supposed to consume dinner and come back .
Remarks :
The good aspects of this college Strict academics Faculty is regular to class because of which classes are conducted regularly. Small campus because of which campus life gets affected. Good Return of investment made me choose this college . One is supposed to appear for jee mains then register for ojee counciling. I prepared for jee exam and got into this college .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because engineering is what I wanted to do and had interest in computer science. Mostly faculty members are PhD holders here . Exams are always conducted in time . The entire academic calendar is followed sincerely. There are no delays in exams and diffulty level of questions paper is moderate if one does not study then difficult else easy .
Internships Opportunities :
I have bagged internship opportunity in Amazon through offcampus . There are many companies which come with offer which has internship + ppo combined . And many companies also come with only internship offer . Companies like hp , Haber , sap labs , Infosys , Accenture atec visit the campus .
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent in my college as the placement cell is active and they bring decent no of opportunities for the students . Very less offers of more than 10 lpa comes in college but average package offer do come a lot . Highest package every year is above 30 lpa but offcampus .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fees - 150000 Hostel fees - 24000 Electricity -9000 Canteen fees has varied ever since I have joined the college from 2021 because it has increased gradually from 3300/ month to 5000/ month . It also depends on weather one chooses for veg meal or non veg meal
Campus Life :
The annual fest of the college is Zygon organised in winter season around dec - Feb . Then there are several fests conducted throughout the year from different clubs . Like music club conducts Rhythmnova , campus life coordination committee organises cultural night . Sports club organises inter college event which is silicon cup . There are many clubs in the college like music club , switch club fir coding , ed cell for entrepreneurship, ccc for campus life.
Hostel Facilities :
The quality of food is preety decent , very tasty food is not provided but it is hygienic. Hostel registration is done through college website at the time of admission . The infrastructure of the hostel is also in good condition. All rooms have balcony attached. Rooms have mattress , cupboard, pillow .

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
