- Best thing about colleges, the study and the facilities that college provides to us
- The faculty are the best. They are very friendly nature and make a very positive environment.
- There are many labs and labs equipment, which help us to practise lab work
- The HOD’s and other teachers are humble and supportive, and also a good motivator
- There are many festivals organised in our college. This is the best part of the memory of my Collage.
Dislikes
- Projectors are not available in every classes. It’s only available in Limited
- The computers are not very high specifications. It is a normal computer.
- I think sports classes are need to be extend and sports day also
- There should be more options of food in canteen
Remarks :
The factors that made me choose this college - The placement Study and lab practice College fest and festival For a better college life The admission process - you need to give PET exam , and score your best.. the cut off of PET for admission is changing year by year , but not as higher as govt college . Approx 50-60 is enough . After exam select the college in your priority list After getting name you need to come and visit admission cell and after verification of documents and fees pay the admission process was comlpelete . I prepare by my self , during g my 12t board the basic co concepts and knowledge is enough
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is good , there is many to learn, the course is over all good and the teaching method of the facilities are best. The behaviour of the faculty are so good and they are very friendly to students and make a very healthy environment. Exam will be held time to time. There will be two semester exams and four class test will be held in a year and the level of Exam is also good, not so tough .
Internships Opportunities :
CSPGCL, powergrid, as site engineer and supervision Stipend amount is approx 5000? The projects under BSCL construction work like bridge and river side road . And water treatment plant in birkona . Treatment of water comes from khutaghat dam .
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placement is into two points. First, one is academic criteria like your academic score in previous semesters are higher than 70% and in marks in city are higher than 15, so you are eligible as academic criteria and other criteria is. Attendance criteria, you must be attended 75% of the class, so you can be eligible for placements. Visited recruiters like L&T infrastructure and Ultra Tech and double cement, and BYJU’S just Dial and Godrej Bajaj,etc The highest package is 15.9 lakh per annum and average package is 5.3 LPA Percentage of students getting placement is approximate 30% My plans after getting degree is to work under a best company, and I’ll be also preparing for the government Junior engineering exams
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The structure of fees is semester wise I paid 24000 per semester in college . It is not increasing. 24000? per semester which is 24000x8=1,92,000 for b tech And 150? sports fees = 150x4=600? And bus fess if you use the bus service = 6000 for 6 months travel . There is a discount in fees if you score more than 75% on 12th board exam or score higher in PET The total fees is 30000 but I have 75% in 12th so I paid 24000 per semester .
Campus Life :
Techno tech the best fest of the college. It is held in every four years or you can say that one time in engine ring life, but this was the best best test festival of Collage. They invite celebrities and organise concerts. Also, this was full fun of seven days and many more festivals are organised in Collage like Holi Garba children’s Day teachers Day engineers, Day, etc. Sports period also, one hour na week and sports day and many sports activities are also organised by your college and many inter College competitions There are many campus placements that are Collage organised and they are invited many companies. There are many social clubs like power pillars, the team AI and CS Wale and they are students club who work for students, rights
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality was good on hostel. There are daily change in menu. seasonal green veg rice and Dal and papad and Chapati. These are the compulsory foods and in the morning Time breakfast like Chole Bhature, Brad butter, Chai Dosh given to us and and the evening snacks. They provide bread milk or like omelette or boiled egg and dinner, same as lunch. The process for hostel is to fill the form of the hostel and pay the fees and nothing else The locality of the college is not very upgraded as city. So the overall experience is the hostel is best for engineering College and there is a lot of PG is available in the locality, but hostel is best.

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
