- One thing good about it is that the college is small so you don't have to worry about walking too much.
- The entrace is well built, surrounded by trees and also seating area has been provided.
Dislikes
- No club rooms are available, even if you manage to gather students to for something.
- Placements and packages are not at all good.
Remarks :
I had a medical condition due to which I wasn't supposed to go out of the city to attend a college, so I chose this college. It was closer to my house and cheaper as compared to others. My relatives also studied from this college. Basically nothing is good in this college, you don't have the freedom to leave the college until it's the departure time, you can't go to library if you don't wanna attend a class, there are no clubs, the good facilities and faculty members.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I had an interest in computers so I chose this course. The faculty is not at all good, the teachers are very young, who haven't even completed their post graduation, they don't know what they are teaching and there are no club activities either. The campus is very small and still being developed. The fee is acceptable, it is not too expensive.
Internships Opportunities :
No internships have been provided by the college, you have to find yourself and work. They sure do tell you about the apps and websites which you can use to get internships but htey don't provide any from the college side.
Placement Experience :
Placements are guaranteed but not good ones. If you are wanting to get a placement from campus drives then sure you can get offers from BYJUS, TCS, WIPRO and many other companies but the packages will be very less. The highest package from this college is 10LPA and the lowest it has gone is 1.15LPA. The average package is 2.5LPA.
Campus Life :
Campus life is not so good, there are no clubs here. Fests do happen but they charge very high for it, they don't have any fixed time for it, they can conduct it just before exams. The campus isn't very well built so there is nothing you can enjoy.

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
