- The best thing is that the faculty here is very good.
- Faculties are kind of very supportive for those who remained fully disciplined
Dislikes
- The bad thing about this college is that the library facility here is not good and the lab also does not have some equipment with good working condition.
- And one thing is not right that no good student comes here.
Remarks :
There are no special criteria for admission that you need so many marks for admission. But you have to give some entrance exams like CAGPET or jee mains, either you pass it or you get admission, no matter what marks you bring.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I just wanted a degree and wanted to do some coaching on the side, so I took admission here. Teaching is not that special, you just study enough to pass. Anyway, the paper is very easy And the fees are also very low, compared to other college campuses, the fees here are only Rs 20 to 30 thousand per semester.
Campus Life :
There is no campus life at all but sometimes festivals happen like Techno Tech Dandiya Nights. Students can join extracurricular activities like NSS NCC etc and there are good sports facilities here.

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

Placement Experience :
From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
