Likes
- The college has good infrastructure, a big enough building for you to explore.but it is just a building and you don't have other facilities like playing grounds and open areas like any other college campus due to lack of space
- The faculty is excellent making your your college fees worthy . The canteens are quite cheap providing you good food
Dislikes
- One of the things that most mithibaities hate if the strictness of college is the 75% attendance criteria and if you fail to do so you would be debarred from college
- Another thing is that some of the teachers are quite strict regarding the studies and your personal so you need to be focused
Remarks :
I chose this college because it is one of the best svkm college of Mumbai having best faculty and academics alongwith overall development due to amazing committe cultural in the college I got admission in this course on the basis of my 12th percentage merit based and no written exam or interview for this course
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course bachelors in management and finance includes both the knowledge of management and managing the finances so it is a very good option for career .the teachers are excellent and highly qualified mostly CAs.the curricular is also very balanced giving student all kind of knowledge including theoretical and practical . During the semester they conduct 3 ICAs ie internal class assessment and then semester end exam at the end of every semester
Internships Opportunities :
As I am a first year student i have no internship experience but I am gonna take the intership in 2nd year for sure so that I can share my intership experience with other college students and also the stipend generally provided
Placement Experience :
So the college does offer compus placement and invites many companies for recruitment. Like Deloitte, kpmg ,morgan stanley, ey, etc The highest package as per last year is 16 lakh and average package is said to be 5 lakhs I plan to take the campus placement on completion of my graduation degree
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The registration fees to enroll in the course is 500 rs and the total fees of course for 3 years is 360000 which is splitted inti 120000 rs per year to be paid at the end of every year in one go and no installment method
Campus Life :
Mithibai college has one of the most famous fest which is none other than kshitij..asis's one of the largest college fest which is to be conducted in January having amazing events and pronights inviting one of your favourite artist. All kind of books and journal are available in the library which you can issue for a week for free classrooms are spacious air conditioners having projector The college also focuses on sports and extracurricular activities participating in inter college sports competition held in the city Mithibai college has various clubs and committees which you can choose according to your wish namely green club , Rotaract club, NSS , Delle, finanza , numeroX, reclamo, and also the most famous kshitij which the student run by themselves taking sponsorship from the brands
Hostel Facilities :
So there is one drawback that mithibai college does not a hostel of its own . You have to rent a pg or flat for the accommodation if your are an outsider student. I took a pg nearby to college which is quite good regarding the food and facilities but is expensive. If you wanted to get any pg or a flat nearby to college it would be expensive as college is located in one of the prime areas of Mumbai

An industry focused learning experience
Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Average college provide average facilities

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.

there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.

The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
